I have completed my order but the payment window isn't appearing?

Tag Your Kids secure payment system opens as a pop-up (A "pop-up" is a window that suddenly appears when you select an option on a website). If you have a pop-up blocker installed on your computer or your internet security settings are high this payment window will not appear.

To allow the payment pop-up window to appear please follow the below steps:  

Once you click on PAY NOW an INFORMATION BAR will appear across the top of the screen. Click on the INFORMATION BAR then click on TEMPORARILY ALLOW POP-UPS.

A Windows Internet Explorer warning window will appear, Click on RETRY and then click PAY NOW again. The Tag Your Kids online payment system should appear in a new window.
