Our online credit card screen is operated and protected by Veripay. All credit card and debit card details are transmitted within Veripay's secure credit card environment.
We do not store credit card details and as such have no liability to the misuse of credit cards.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Orders
You can submit an order for products by completing the details on the order page and clicking on Add to cart. You can add as many orders as you wish to your cart before submitting the cart for processing.
We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is currently available and your credit/debit card payment is approved by your credit/debit card company.
If your order is accepted a binding agreement between us will be in place based on these terms and conditions.
2. Pricing
All prices include GST at 10% where applicable.
A delivery fee will be charged additional on all orders as per schedule below:
* Domestic $2.00 (including GST)
* Overseas $5.50
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
We expect to despatch your order within 10 working days of date of your order. Actual delivery time will vary according to local postal delivery times. If you wish for us to re deliver the products to you, you will need to authorise a charge to your specified credit/debit card for an additional delivery fee. Despatch times will be extended during peak periods Dec, Jan and Feb.
For overseas orders customs and import duties may be payable. Any charges levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility. We do not control these charges and we cannot estimate the cost of these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
4. Payment
We will charge your credit/debit card account at the time your order is accepted. Please refer to our online security terms above for security details.

Credit card and debit card details are transmitted within a secure environment although we give no warranty in this respect.
5. Refunds and Returns
If your purchase is faulty, simply return the goods to us stating the reason for the return within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

6. Warranties
We will replace products free of charge or, refund to you the price of the products by credit to your credit/debit card account. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed. These instructions are detailed below. Claims will not be accepted for colour or size variation against that represented on this website or any spelling errors or omissions. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products
The faulty products should be returned as per the return condition above.
7. Instructions for use of products
Nametape and character sizing are displayed as close as possible to actual. Please take care with long names, being mindful of the finished length of the product.
All spelling and punctuation is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your order carefully.
All nametapes are polyester, washable and dry cleanable.
It is recommended that nametape ends be folded under and sewn down.
Take care not to pull at threads, as the tapes are woven and will fray if treated roughly prior to being sewn on.
If you intend to store your nametapes for a length of time, please remove from packaging and store in an envelope to prevent discolouring.
For orders where nametapes exceed 25 characters, or bulk orders exceeding 500 nametapes please call 1800 020 204 and speak to one of customer service advisors about your order.
Iron-on Nametapes not recommended for Commercial laundries (Aged Care, Boarding Schools)
